Paul Geshos has founded what many believe to be a new standard in Sydney CBD and fringe coffee bars. Aptly named Mecca, they search the world for exciting, new, sustainable coffees that they roast and match to a range of brewing methods on an extensive coffee menu. We caught up with Paul at the Harris Street venue for the launch of the BES900 espresso machine from Breville.
