In 2004 we met a young Australian who had won a barista championship run by the American and European Specialty Coffee Associations.

To win this event, Paul Bassett had practised coffee making every day in the back of a hot factory for over a year.

His passion was contagious and we set out to understand and document it over thirteen episodes in a television series called Living Coffee.

During that journey and several since, we have met hundreds of people from all over the world who simply love the culture of coffee so much; they choose to live it.

Similar passions and lifestyle choices are by no means limited to coffee. We’ve also found wonderful aficionados and characters in wine, cheese and food. Our channel celebrates and showcases them too.

We aim to make it easier for more people to undertand and enjoy better coffee, wine and food and to achieve this we need to produce entertaining, informative, credible content.

We also needed a distribution channel that makes it possible for anyone to see relevant and engaging footage at any time and in different platforms.

To this end we sincerely thank our sponsor companies who have agreed to distribute Living Coffee to an audience that really wants it via their aggregated databases.

Without the costs normally associated with distributing media we can produce more programming and our viewers can access more of the entertainment and information they need to develop their own passions.

So from everyone involved in this new media community please enjoy and indulge.

All the  best
